Challenging year in 2020 has dramatically changed the world, with the COVID-19 pandemic becoming a completely unprecedented event that has had a profound impact on the structure of the global economy, the lives of hundreds of millions of people and led to critical changes, multifactorial systemic crises and complex by governments.

Amid global turbulence and economic coronation, economic downturn, recession and stagflation, amid declining production of real goods in the real sector of the economy, the re-creation of the real socio-economic, socio-political and cultural world in the age of global civilization, today the new world economy needs development. Consider defining new effective mechanisms of global conduction and perfecting governance mechanisms. In this regard, and in order to ensure the development of the Georgian economy, it is expedient and important to take into account the relevant practical recommendations and measures of international organizations, their reasonable management and effective implementation.
